She has been in the Real Estate industry now for 15 years and I pride myself for running a business that is structured and organised, shows impeccable attention to detail and provides a friendly but professional service for everyone she comes into contact with, this together with being highly trained and a skilled negotiator, is the reason why you want me working for you on all of your property transactions. She continued to study beyond the expected qualifications for the industry and completed a Diploma in Real Estate in 2009.

Bev previously owned and operated a customer service training establishment for 10 years where she presented workshops on this essential subject. She believes in making the process of buying and selling property as stress free as possible for my clients.

She also brings her experience as a District Councillor with her, having served for 9 years as a Councillor for the Waimakariri District Councillor where her speciality interest was District Planning. Bev has always been involved in the community and these days her main roles are as a Board Member of Rangiora Promotions which is responsible for the event activities of the town along with hosting the Last Wednesday Club each month. This is a network of local businesses that get together to support and exchange business ideas.

Outside of Real Estate Bev is a Marriage Celebrant and Justice of the Peace.

However, most people will recognize Bev as the organizer for the very successful district wide charity food drive Toot for Tucker. An annual event held throughout Waimakariri. She has gathered together hundreds of volunteers and organizations to help her with this project that sees the local food banks filled to the brim ready for Xmas and beyond.

Bev, genuinely care for her clients and their results are her results too, so she takes the outcome personally. She values her clients, without whom she would not have a business and she appreciates their referrals and repeat business ----- they are ‘The Cornerstone of her Business.’
